Big O Tires

My husband & I went to Big O for help with a flat tire on my “EV” CAR. I have worked in customer service all my life. I never have seen such POOR customer service in my life. One heavy set man was very rude not only to us but also another customer that pulled up in a “EV” vehicle. He yelled outside WOW TESLA #2 Bawhaaa and pretty much turn both of us away immediately. As we waited for a tow-truck to transport us to LES SCHWAB that was more than whiling to help us. I whiteness an employee with a cigarette in his mouth while changing a tire and getting in and out of the customers vehicle with the cigarette still in his mouth. The store showed to close at 5pm and the doors were shut and locked a little before 4pm nobody came out to make sure we had help coming before they locked up. The cust

Had two tires installed. Very quick great curious great professional. Been riding on my spare tire for a while and it was completely shot, they saw this and found a used tire they put on. Definitely went above and beyond. Much appreciated guys thank you I will be back.

Walked into Big O after my mechanic told me to go there to get an alignment done. I walked in, asked if I should make an appointment, was told they could work on it right away. I hung out at Applebee's for 2 hours until they called me to tell me they were really behind schedule and weren't going to be able to get to it. What a waste of time. Would give lots of other places my time and money before Big O tire. No offer of compensation or much more than "sorry dude". How embarrassing.

We were visiting during Thanksgiving. My wife’s car was in need of tires. Big O honored the buy 3 get 1 free program. Her brakes were in need of replacing and we had them replaced. I would highly recommend their shop.

So now, if you've spent over 11 hundred on new wheels and alignment in a tire shop, a shop whose entire business model revolves around changing tires, hence the name, and you saw this (image) on your way home, you'd be forgiven for thinking you accidentally paid a local crackhead to do the job. I've had a number of cars over the years, and never have I come across anything like this. I understand wanting to get off work, but that was the only time I'll ever go to a big O. Changing four wheels took them an hour and half, which honestly feels very long and is easily the longest i've waited for a tire change. The cashier was nice. But then I had to go let out a bunch of air out of every tire. I'd call it a clown show but clowns typically understand basic numbers. Reading other reviews here
