Eddy was Amazing at this location!!!!! He knew I was coming beforehand because we had previously spoken about it online, and when I got there he completely waited until my car self parked (it's a Tesla) and then opened the doors and met me outside, which was super cool. He took my key card was very, very, conscious of the fact that I have white interior, which I thought was really nice because a lot of times since they are mechanics, they are obviously dirty working on cars, and can get your seats dirty when they get in there. So the fact that he made sure to move my car in and out himself, so that nothing got on my white interior without me even having to ask, was really amazing. And it only took about 15 minutes maybe if that. All of the rest of the staff was really nice too, all smiles

Jonathan and his team were awesome!! He was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He quickly inspected my vehicle and was able to tell my husband what he thought were the issues with my car. I would and will recommend this location to anyone! Great experience

Very impressed with each employee I encountered. All were very sharp and happy to help. I had a nail and a screw in one of my tires. They were In and out in 20 minutes and helped me out for free. Highly recommend doing business with them!

Got to pay to fix what I paid them for. The oil plug was hand tight. Barely in. The bottom of my wife’s brand new car is covered in oil. Driveway covered in oil. Paid them $100 for an oil change. Never again.

Aaron was awesome! He went more than the extra mile to help me figure out an emission test issue I had at Jiffy Lube. I should have taken my car to Big O in the first place. Even though I didn’t do the test at Big O, Aaron called the County to resolve the emission test issue and made sure I was taken care of. Huge, huge help! Thanks!!
