Big O Tires

I have been a long-time customer of Big O Tires, and unfortunately this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with them. I have taken my vehicle in multiple times to get an issue fixed. Sean did warranty the work each time, which I appreciate and shows this was clearly not a customer-caused issue. However, the situation took a much more disappointing turn. Yesterday, I brought my car in again. When I went to pick it up, my dad drove it home. While checking the vehicle afterward, I noticed that the windshield had been damaged, which was not an issue prior to bringing it in. I attempted to go back immediately, but the store was already closed, so I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation. Honestly, disappointed and annoyed aren’t even enough to describe how I feel. I went in roughly 3/4 months ago asking for my brakes and rotors to be checked after purchasing the car in April (we were told they had put new rotors and brakes but wanted to be sure) I was told my fronts were pretty bad and needed to be replaced ASAP (roughly $500 through them) and that my backs were okay but should be replaced when we could… This weekend we went to replace them, fraction of the price for us to do all 4 on our own, just to find out they all are STILL in GREAT condition. My guess is they saw a young mom with her two kids and thought that I’d be too stupid to know any better and just assumed I’d be naive enough to be an easy target.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Big O Tires, thanks to Tony and his incredible team. I came in for a new set of tires and an oil change, and they did an amazing job on both. What truly stood out was their transparency and excellent communication. They were completely upfront about all of the costs and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. It's rare to find that level of honesty and customer care, and I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend Tony and his team at Big O Tires. They're professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to providing great service. I'll be back for all my future automotive needs!

This place got mixed reviews it seems like but I visited February 12, 2026 and it was amazing. They got me right in, didnt have an appointment, they listened to what I said and fixed what needed to be fixed. Price was affordable and they were helpful and courteous! I would go back.

I came to Big O Tires to balance my tires, and the team showed me how the struts had damaged the tire. It was obvious they were being honest. I decided on new tires, and they explained everything up front, including the price. After balancing and changing the tires, the employees went out of their way to tighten the slightly loose strut, being careful and thorough with my car. Their service was honest, professional, and cordial from start to finish. Highly recommend this location and their staff for their integrity and customer care
