Big O Tires

Jason was very friendly and greeted me with a smile and ready to help. Jason was able to provide options for my tires that I was looking for and also provided similar tires that were on sale. All staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived into the shop while they appeared to be having a busy day.

They always do great at this location. I am in and out as quickly as possible and the job is done right. Jason is always kind and reaches out to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We have been, and will continue to be loyal customers to Big O in Tremonton!!!!

We got a flat tire 4 hours from home and they were about to close, but helped us get the tire changed and got us back in the road. They were the only place open for 40 miles. Thank you guys for your kindness and helpfulness. We are so grateful.

Update to response: Who is Tyler? This recent experience confirms my previous observations that the customer care standards at this location do not meet expectations. The service here is straightforward and professional, delivering exactly what is promised. My experience was dampened, however, by a lack of financial transparency. I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair and was not given a price estimate until the service was finished and I was handed a bill for $27.58. While I certainly did not expect the service to be free, being kept in the dark regarding the cost created an unnecessarily stressful experience. Reliable service requires clear communication before work begins. Because of this oversight, I left feeling skeptical about the establishment’s billing practices.

They were very nice and helpful. When I had concerns they took care of the matter and went above and beyond checking to make sure my car was safe.
