Big O Tires

So we were out exploring the Whitewater Draw area in southern Arizona. Found lots of mud after ongoing rains. Thick mud caked under our Subaru Outbacks and filled the wheels. Ended up messing with the wheel balance. Limped our way to Big O in Vail. Staff were great! Quickly took care of the issues and got both of our vehicles back on the road. Can’t say enough positive things about the entire experience. They seemed impressed the Subarus performed well in those conditions. Great staff there! Would not hesitate to take any vehicle there for service. Did not rip us off or overcharge!

This place is a big rip off. Went last week for a oil change. After waiting almost 2 hours and my car had not moved from its parking spot, attendant says they for got to do my car Can't wait any longer that day returned today. Gave the attendant my coupon for a 16.95 oil change. When completed my bill was $ 60 and some change? Hew tells me they don't offer conventional oil changes? Maybe they should be stated upfront. Poorly run operation and poor communication.

If you have a 3/4 ton 4x4 truck, I suggest you don’t bring it to this shop for an alignment. I was there about two weeks ago to get my 2017 Ford F250 aligned. After they completed the job, I checked underneath the front end and noticed that the linkages of the steering system were not aligned properly. I walked right back in and let them know that the job was not done correctly. An older gentleman said he would fix it and brought the truck right back into the bay. A short while later, he said the alignment was fixed. I looked under and the linkages now looked to be in the proper Location for this type of truck. I drove the truck for the next two weeks and noticed that it had a slight pull to the right at all times. I was tired of wasting time so I did some research and ended up taking my

This Big O in Vail, AZ has exceeded my expectations every time. It can be difficult to find an auto shop you feel is the right fit, but this big o has won my trust and business time and time again. Excellent service that I’ve been thankful for every time, and they respect my finances and always work to give me the best value they can. Had an appointment for 11am for 4 new tire. Showed up 10 minutes early. Within 5 minutes they already had my car in the garage with the tires off. The car sat for over an 1 hour with the tires sitting off the car and nothing else happening with pretty much empty garage bays. 3 additional customers came in, got replacements then left during my time waiting which was a total of 2 and a half hours. Not once did any of the techs or workers come over to give me an update, or tell me what was going on. What's the point of having an appointment if people after you get their service and leave while your car sits in the garage bay untouched for over an hour?
