Big O Tires

Took my wife’s car here for new shocks and trailing arm replacement picked up car with smudged brand new tires. The manager basically blamed my wheel finish for his alignment machine leaving perfect circle marks on my wheels. He then brought me out the cup from machine which was full of color from other customers wheels. Make sure you check your wheels. And having pictures of my wheels before I dropped off helped. Next thing my wife calls me telling me her windshield wipers were not working properly. They removed windshield wipers to replace front shocks and didn’t put them back on right they have to be aligned. Proper Training would help here. Thank god rain was light and nothing serious happened . HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!! On top of all that shocks were garbage ended up having them

Highly recommend this Big O location. Brock was extremely helpful for my situation. I live out of town and worked with him coordinating the new wheels remotely. They took in a tow truck handoff, measured previous rim offset to ensure new ones were the right fit, and even helped get the truck some gas! Very good communication and final result!

Great experience! Started with calling around to get quotes on tires. Spoke with Adam over the phone, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Took my truck in for an alignment and four new tires the next day. Adam and the team are awesome, best honest. The scratched the center caps, which i would not have noticed for a few days. Right when I arrived to pick up my truck Adam walked out with me to show me the center caps and we resolved it immediately. Great experience with the Big O team.

So grateful for all the awesome people at Big O tire especially Romero , I had an unfortunate gouge in the side wall of my tire , not only was he able to get me on the road again , and stayed late !!! but I was also given a discount on the alignment. Bravo 😃🇺🇸
