Best tire store in town! Another shop had accidentally installed my directional tire backwards. Allen and Chris took great care of me. Family owned and operated! When it comes to tires they will get you rolling quickly and you can be confident you got the best deal!

Highly recommend Big O Tires! My old tire had a slow leak from an old patch job and I took it to these guys thinking it was a long shot to repair it but wanted to give it a shot. These guys were able to repair it and very quickly! They even did it for free! Allen was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be back here next time for any tire needs!

Went for a basic rotation (warranty) and to get brakes checked... dude at counter was nice but tried to upsale me on brakes...Why wasn't my air pressure corrected and for that matter did you check to see if my tires were balanced??

I got a flat tire after running over a bolt and they patched it up good as new for $25... chat gpt said the bolt was too big and I would have to buy a new tire. The moral of the story: don't believe everything AI tells you

Purchased 4 tires from the store. Russell was one of the best service advisors that I've ever had. I pre-authed an alignment. After the tires were installed, the alignment was measured and Russell came over to explain that the alignment might not be necessary -- unless I had actually observed the vehicle pulling while driving. Saved me a hundred bucks. Outstanding service. Coming back here for sure.
