Scheduling appointments is always easy, the work is consistently high quality, and the team really knows me and my cars. The work is always completed in a timely and professional manner. Everyone there always seems to be in a great mood, which makes the whole experience even better. I bring both my domestic and German vehicles to them and have never had a single issue. Jenna and Taylor are awesome, personable, and always helpful. They truly make you feel like family. Highly recommend.

It was reassuring to find a tire shop that knew how to rotate tires on a Dually pick up with custom wheels , and a front end alignment. Big O correctly diagnosed and replaced the lower control arms on my wife's Subaru. A nearby competitor dismissed the LCA as being a problem. Turns out it is a common one. When complications arose with my Tacoma, Taylor and Jenna were more than fair in resolving the issue. Both were highly ethical and professional. We have also purchased tires, brakes and service at this location. I would highly recommend this Big O location.
