Big O Tires

Spent like 2 hrs and 20 minutes here, learned so much about my car. I think the store manager helped me, he explained a lot of stuff, really appreciate it. Still need the other half of thr service. Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a flat tire on the highway and was towed into Big O Tire. We have a Smart car and come to find out the tire size is only made for Smart cars. So needless to say, no one in the entire city of Yuma had a tire for us. The guys at Big O went above and beyond to call around looking for a tire for us. They stated they could order one for us, but it wouldn't be in that day . Since we live 3 hours away we figured we would have to get a hotel room and stay. But they worked a miracle and put on 1 size bigger tires so we could make it home. I can't say enough good things about them, AAAA++++ all the way around!

Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful in deciding which repairs I needed first. No pushy selling. Great WiFi, free coffee & bottled water. The work took some time, but the chairs were comfy.

One of the nicest customer service experience I’ve had going here twice. Very friendly staff. Fast and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go back but have more miles to go before another rotation 😃

I had several things taken care of. Shocks, tie rods, a couple other things I can't recall at this time & 4 tires. Balanced It took a few hours but it was all worth it because it drives wonderfully.
