Big Peach Car Wash

Sparrow was super friendly and nice! She was very knowledgeable about the monthly plans they offer. She helped me pick the best one for my circumstances. The whole team there including the workers inside the water area were extremely nice and eager to brush/clean my vehicle!! There was also a young lady refilling the vacuum area towels that was super sweet. She even cleaned my floor mats manually for me since the machine was down!! I am extremely satisfied and happy that I found this car wash!!

This place is starting to go to the dumps me and my husband spend about $60 here a month on monthly memberships. The last few times I have went there has been six or eight vacuum cleaners not working. Major inconvenience. Rags smell like mildew. The little blue blowers do not work parking lot trashed.

I discontinued my subscription due to the blowers not drying my car. Of course it’s not going to completely dry it, but it got progressively worse, to the point I had to use my wipers while exiting. The service was solid, as all associates were friendly and attentive. I wish they would address the issues with the blowers and the vacuums. They’re the only service in town and I truly enjoyed going there, but cannot pay $25/month for a service that doesn’t serve the purpose.

I’ve gotta say it — the Big Peach in Jackson has completely won me over! I used to hop around different car washes trying to find “the one,” but once I stopped here... game over. The team here treats you like you’ve been friends for years. They wave when you pull in, they actually SMILE (like genuine smiles!), and sometimes they even doodle little soap faces on the windshield for kids. My son cracked up the first time they did it — now he calls it “the happy car wash!” 😂 Let’s talk service. I’d seen a few people online mention that the Jackson vacuums weren’t great or that the wash missed a few spots. Not my experience! I stopped by Big Peach Car Wash in Jackson today, and Kaitlyn did such a great job helping check me in! My truck is looking great, the service was fast and professional, and the pricing was very affordable. I went ahead and signed up for a membership, because I immediately knew I would be coming back!!
