BEWARE OF FRAUD!!!! They will charge you for services they don’t offer or have access to! Recently had them replace my windshield and was also charged for calibrating the camera in my windshield. Immediately after they replaced my windshield I had multiple warning lights pop up on my dash. I then took my car to the dealer and explained to them what happened, that’s when I was told that Big Rays doesn’t calibrate their windshields and doesn’t even have the equipment to do so but they still charge customers for the service. I will absolutely be reporting these people for fraud as I assume I’m not the only victim for fraud! Also the lady who works there is insanely rude!

Had my windshield replaced Thursday, December 28th. Got there at 9AM and was out around 10AM. They did an excellent job of replacing the windshield and sealing it. I had a bad water leak because the windshield was not set and sealed right from another auto glass place down in Red Bluff, few years back. They did a terrible job because I was getting water inside on my dashboard. Ray also cleaned out my cowling because I was also having water filling up and overflowing down onto the cab floors. The drains got clogged, so he unclogged them for me. I recommend Big Ray's, they are very professional and do high quality work to put the windshield in correctly.

Big Rays was really great. I called for a quote. They had the best prices of the places I called. I dropped off my vehicle and two hours later my windshield was replaced. They were kind in every interaction and I would recommend them to my friends.
