Being completely honest my truck had a tick but nothing i was worried about. People seemed nice so Went to canton for oil change and by the time I got home 39.5 miles. My engine was out of oil! When I called them they told me to buy more oil and drive the truck back to them. I did not as the engine has very bad rattle now. After having a mechanic look at it. It was determined that the leak was from grass in the filter seal. When filter was removed there was more trash inside of filter. Every time I try to contact them to address the problem I get the ran around. Called the HR number and only get voice recording. Now I spent $98 for an oil change, another $50 for more oil, $ mechanic fees, and I got to replace an engine in my truck. Worst experience I've ever had. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PL

I had always Noticed their building in Canton But had never made the plan to stop. Well, the past three days they have been running a deal on oil changes so I thought why not stop by for the first time. They were all so very friendly, Rick Was very helpful and he actually checked a part of my car I had never checked before and we got that situated. I’m glad we did. He was very nice and informative. overall, it was a very fast experience and I will definitely be going back. They Also, don’t make you feel dumb if you don’t know what they’re talking about and that means a lot to me. This place, definitely gets my business from now on!!

Went there on 8/17/25. I've gone there for years. I never let them do anything but oil change. This time they went ahead & pulled airfilter. When I refused to pay for filter I didn't need he got visibly angry at my refusal. So instead of replacing filter properly he screwed it back by putting screws in at an angle. Ruined the housing & left unfiltered air running thru my motor. I doubt I'll be back. Can't trust them. Not sure what this will cost but I'm sure they won't cover it. They need to get rid of the guy.

Changed my own oil for the first time on my vehicle, I discovered that my oil was leaking around the filter. Visited here on an emergency basis to prevent me losing more oil and lo and behold after explaining the situation, it turned out I was leaking oil because I didn’t tighten the filter enough. They tightened the filter and sent me on my way without charging me after verifying that no other common F-ups were made by me UPDATE: my oil filter ended up being defective. I discovered this after looking at the oil pressure readings for the vehicle. It turns out your oil pressure isn’t supposed to jump all over the place. It also turned out the filter was still leaking… Shame on you STP filter… Needless to say a few days ago I had them change the oil. Their filter isn’t leaking and my oil pr
