I had a very disappointing experience here. When I asked a simple question about why they advertise a $25 oil change but charged me $50, the employee was rude and dismissive. He explained that the $25 price only covers 5 quarts of oil, but my car takes 6. When I asked why I was being charged an extra $20 for just one additional quart, his attitude became even worse. I felt like I was treated as if I had an “attitude” simply for asking questions and not letting myself get taken advantage of. Asking for clarification should not result in disrespectful treatment, especially as a woman trying to understand pricing. This also isn’t my first bad experience with this company. The guy who checked me in and finished the oil was soft spoken and kind and it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever received in my life. Albeit likely being for the fact that it wasn’t properly done. Not changing the filter during an oil change is a liability issue. I found a Groupon deal and drove over an hour for it. The wording is a bit misleading as it says “specialty” filters are extra and it would be an extra charge if it’s difficult to reach the filter. So I went in still believing the filter change is included, like on any other oil change I’ve had in my life, including better deals. They offered to replace the air filter. But didn’t offer to change the oil filter and I simply figured that was being changed. Looked at the receipt and no filter change was listed. Just the oil alone,

Excellent service with an oil change! Troy was great to work with, down to earth, and understanding. He was flexible, transparent with me regarding what my car needed at the state it was in, was willing to be flexible with deals offered at another location and being accepted at his location. He also did some complimentary tweaks/fixes like topping off my cooling inhalant in my car which it needed with no charge. Incredibly kind of him to do that. He was professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

I tell you what, the guys at big rays on Waverly were awesome! Eddie was amazing, he explained what he was gonna do, how he was gonna do it! He tried everything he could to get my vehicle to not over heat. And he succeeded! Thanks to the both of them for being courteous, and professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Great job fellas!!!

The guys were really polite and nice. They serviced me right away, I needed a wiper blade and as much as I agreed with him I really couldn’t afford it today but he was kind enough to not charge me. I’m really thankful for that, regardless I’m thankful for their service and just being kind. I don’t think people realize how far kindness can go. Happy Thanksgiving guys ☺️
