Shout out to Mike, Joey and Colton. They worked efficiently and completed the job with no troubles. The team reflected great expertise as well. Have had only good experiences with this team and company!

Stopped in for an oil change after calling ahead of time and them beating the take 5 oil change price. When I got there the guys were so upbeat made me feel good inside. Also the have coupons at krogers on the back of the receipt for 10,20,&30% off! Definitely will be coming here from now on highly recommended by me!! Also they top off your other fluids!!! Definitely give them your business!!!

We went there with own oil & filter. Told them to let the old oil drain good.They didn't, I checked it the next day & the stick was black with dirty oil. Also it is a 4 cylinder that holds 4 and a half quarts & i gave them 5 quarts. It would have been over full if they had used all 5. Won't be back!

Nothing bad to say. Great service! I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They asked me what brand I preferred. They double checked to make sure what oil weight I wanted. When they finished changing the oil, they brought me out and showed me on the dipstick that it was full. I run Full Synthetic oil. My bill was about $60. It is a little higher in price than some other local shops but for the speed and convenience I would say it’s worth it when I am short on time. Only thing I would recommend would be some improvements to the waiting area (although 10 minutes isn’t long at all Lol). Then I would recommend some coupons. If I am short on time I would go back.

These fellas did a great job on my oil change on August 2nd Rick approached my car and told me that the truck would be leaving shortly and he'd get me in right after that. Oil change was around $35 or so and then I had a 10% coupon off that he honored also. We talked a little bit about how some of these other places charge $65 for a basic oil change which is just ridiculous. I can go buy everything that I need and do it myself for under $30 it's just crazy that these other places charge that. But not Big Ray's I have had a great experience every time I visit this place and the other location in East Peoria also. It was super nice to be able to talk employees at a place of business and have them actually be polite, good job guys, I'll be returning!
