24 hr service , not true just needed a bad tire replaced,at 5:30am was told wait til after 8 am to call the shop. But it's fine Got another company to do it. By 7am . Do not recommend this company at all.

I didnt get the man's name but someone came out and unlocked my truck for me. I locked myself out in 30 degrees and snow after my delivery with my dog. He was so friendly and let me wait in his truck while he got in unlocked. I would def recommend!

A++. Bob and his assistant took care of an air leak I came in with. I bought the part in East Syracuse and brought it with me, and they swapped out the old and installed the new. They're busy in the shop there, but it's worth a phone call if you need something done. I live in Florida, so I'm very thankful and appreciative of what they did for a trucker away from his home area. Highly recommended 👌!!

On Feb 14 I was driving a car carrier and end up stuck on a massive snow pile on a on ramp for I 81 in Parish NY. I was in a real picke. Big red towing came thru big time for me with two heavy wreckers and got me out quick and safely. Chriss and Rob were amazing on pullling a fully loaded car carrier with care and professionalism. I cant thank you guys enough !!!!

Great service. Got us back on the road promptly.
