Big Red Towing

Broke down on NYS thruway at Warners rest area. Called Big Red they arrived within an hour hooked up and towed me to the Mack dealer all in less than two hours. Thank you Big Red! Great rates for the times we are in! The driver was very courteous and friendly.

Big Red Towing was recommended from another company to call for the problem I needed solved. Called and talked to Morgan. Very friendly, responsive. Texted back and fourth for a little bit until I had more set in stone information. Went I got things sorted out to have this truck towed home from 5 hours away he got it all set up got me in touch with the driver etc. Very professional and reasonably priced. Todd was the tow truck driver and he was just as professional as Morgan. This wasn’t no pickup up neither. Big semi. They have all the tools to do the job at hand. Don’t find many places these days that take care of your belongings like they should. If you ever need anything towed give Big Red Towing a call. You will not be disappointed.

Brought my truck in thinking I needed new valve stems but mechanic there checked and tightened them. Topped off both steer tires free of charge. Thankyou guys!

They don't return phone calls. Called a week ago and Matt asked me to call back in 5 days with a ETA when they can fix the brake line in my RV. Left message on Friday and no return call. First and last time I contact them. It seems to happen a lot with repair shops and they get a bad review from me every time! Don't tell me to call back if you really don't care!!!

Called and arrived in under an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even gave me a sweet deal on the recovery!
