Big T Tire Pros

Going north on 27 got a flat tire on company car. Stop by one tire shop it was 12:30 yea middle of lunch time. They didn't seem to care bout working man told me 2 hour wait for a patch. Went to Big T told Adrian wat was going on it was the middle of his lunch time. 1st he told me an hour wait cause everyone was on lunch but then he said he would stop his lunch and fix my tire. Instead of being down for a hour or two I was only down 15 minutes. Thanks Adrian for helping me out From one working man to another We got to help out each other. Thanks Bit T

Long story short, after many flats and leaking tires on our 31 ' class c motor home and literally being scammed out of thousands of dollars, we finally found big t tires. We were on our way back to NC from Key Largo and still had multiple tire problems. Thankfully I called on a Monday morning when they opened up. They said that the sales department was busy but they took my name, the size of the tires and my number and said someone would call back shortly. After everything we had been through I was a little skeptical about that also. But less than 5 minutes later Mike Batterbee returned my call. He was very friendly on the phone and told me he had 2 differ brands to choose from in stock. I asked if he could put them on that morning as we were traveling. He said bring it on. 20 minutes late

Nightmare tire purchase. Asked for Michelin all terrain three separate times because the price seemed off. Had given 3 Michelin defenders with 25,000 miles to an employee as I had no room for them which he sold within 10 minutes. As I was preparing to leave I noticed my.tires said toyo. Wow the.crap began left mad even after an oil change on them and a shity attempt at an alignment. I left not happy at all. 10000 miles into these toyos balanced numerous times the nightmare continued as they were never properly balanced to begin with. Tried going back but.when you dont live in florida in doesn't happen. Their so called warranty program is as big.as.a headache as service at big t pros. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. 1700 dollars later im having to purchase another set of.tires

Purchased 4 new tires for my truck and replacement of tire sensor. Decided on Big T Tire Pros after calling five different companies for quotes. Best price & experience based on initial phone inquiry. Was very pleased with the service they provided and their customer service. Definitely will be using them for mechanic needs in the future.

Today they were busy, but they work fast. Happy to recommend this place. i just moved to the area and one of my tires had a hole. they patched up. Looks like everyone is in good spirits in this place. very friendly. Good job to everyone. Arturo in the front desk is doing a phenomenal job with Customers. 👍
