Top Notch Customer Service!!!! Huge Thank you to Micayla and Skyler! It is a Friday night, In North Texas, and I decide to install some new handlebar grips on my Indian Roadmaster. Well I accidentally unplugged the throttle position sensor harness inside of the handlebar. This means a front end tear-down to take the handlebars out. I call over to Big Tex Indian motorcycles over in Denton, Texas at 10am, Micayla answers and I let her know what happened and that I also had a ride that evening. Upon arrival the bike was ready, clean and all our questions were answered by John, Skyler, Todd or James. I found a beautiful 2015 Indian Scout at Big Tex online and Paul reached out to me the next day (via email) asking if I had any questions. We exchanged a few emails and I decided to go in and see the bike in person. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing bikes when I arrived, but Paul eased my tensions and showed me the bike with no pressure and no gimmicks. I went home and did some research on the 2015 Scout, watched some YouTube videos, asked questions of other riders and mulled over my decision. I decided that I would go ahead with my purchase if I received a fair trade in value. I did (again, no gimmicks) and I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Indian Scout! I negotiated a fair price with Paul to add a luggage rack & windshield. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Bought my Indian here 2 years ago and I've always had a great experience. I'm always able to get my bike in for service quickly, and the guys at the shop are helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend going through Big Tex Indian.
