Five stars isn't enough for Dave Baute and the team at Big Tires & More Tire Prod on Hwy 41 in Lutz. They helped me resolve a complex tire warranty issue that a major wholesaler (Costco) wouldn't touch. Their patience and dedication since December has been incredible. I was a long time costumer of Dumas, before Big Tires bought the business. It is so great to find an honest, independent shop that will fight for their customers like Dave did for me. I’ve been a long time customer, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else (I’ve had a hyundai, genesis, and Mercedes that I’ve taken here). They do phenomenal work; truly care about the customer and getting the job done the right way. These folks are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and good people. Highly recommend.

Took my car 48-Desoto met big Dave it’s been there in the past for minor fixes, But this time they replace my steering box and knuckles and the steering u joints and room under the hood is a new 454 and it’s tight BUT IT DRIVES LIKE A CADILLAC STRAIGHT ON A DIME AND MIKE IS THERE LEAD MECHANIC,, THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THE GREAT WORK SHES ROLLIN & SMOKIN THANK YOU ALL !!!!!
