Demetrio is working on a Saturday to help us out! He’s gone out of his way to be available. This isn’t a corporate or franchisey place that has strict policies and treats you like just a number. It’s been a pleasure working with D to get our van fixed. He’s legit.

Would not recommend this place at all, our personal experiences have been awful. We took our suv to them to get a part programmed to the engine computer and he told us he did and charged us $200 but said we needed a new transmission so we replaced the transmission ourselves and took it back to him to reprogram the new transmission and part and ending up charging us $700 for replacing our fuse box which wasnt even an issue and he never reprogrammed our suv but told us the transmission still needed replaced again and wanted to charge us $4000 to do it.. we went to a different place told the new place everything that was supposedly done and said and the new place reprogrammed our suv for $200 and even checked our old transmission and said everything was good in it, that it still had a lot of

I had an emissions test performed on my vehicle. I did not have an appointment, but from the moment I drove up to Big Z Auto, the service was excellent. Demetrio stopped what he was doing and politely and professionally did the service needed very quickly. I was back on the road after only a few minutes. And he even did a couple of checks without charging me! It was a super positive experience.

If zero stars was an option that's what id give this shady shop. My personal experience with big z auto was very shady business. My experience with this shop is does not know what is doing and just wants to through parts at vehicle. I told them to give me an itemized list of parts supposedly changed so I could give to other shop that I decided to take my vehicle to. Once I told them I wanted that then I was told "I will just put all your old parts back on". If infact did replace parts then why would they want to put old parts back on once you say you're taking to another shop?! Very Very shady in my opinion. I hired BIG Z to clean up some electrical wiring in the front cab of my RV. They also added a gizmo under the hood to enable my alternator to charge my house battery. Upon paying for the work done, I asked for a detailed receipt, but they refused to do so. I wanted to know what the parts that were added were, they refused to do so. They questioned me as to why I wanted this information. I responded that I wanted to keep records of all the work done so that when I decide to sell, I can pass on all the information to the buyer and also if I needed to replace a part I would what it is. For some odd reason they were very secretive about all of this. This is why I gave a lower score.
