Absolutely awesome place to go for tire repair I had a screw in my tire and I was on the spare and the gentleman Capt. Kirk got my tire fixed and put it on for me plus the cover of my tire. The customer service was phenomenal he is an awesome guy with an awesome personality. Not only phenomenal service but also wonderful customer service. I absolutely beyond recommend this tire shop for all of your tire needs and the patch was only 21 dollars incredible price. Absolutely come here for any and all tire needs.

Sold my family A bad tire. It went back eight days later, and the Spanish American brother. denied that the tire was bad, and didn't offer any HELP to relieve the situation? and . I'm not going to knock Big Zack, because he's a stand-up cool dude. even been to his church a few times but as far as this tire shop in temple, i'm sorry customer service was terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE, I can not say that loudly enough. I have used them years ago and it was great. Funny people. I got quoted $60 over the phone for mount and balance on my new wheels. I get there and I told them I needed valve stems. They told me $20 each for the valve stems. So totally $80 on top of the $60 for valve stems. If you do not know what they are or how they are installed. They hold air inside/where you fill up. They take 10 seconds to install. I raised question and said I can get 4 of them for $6. The guy was like let me call the boss, so I went inside upset and showing the lady. She immediately went your not gonna curse at me and on and on. So I went to get my stuff to leave and the mechanic was like let me call the boss well do $10 each. The lady in the office kept coming in the

My wife had a screw in her tire, I called Big Zacks about 30 minutes prior to close and they immediately told me to have her come in and they would assess the tire. They suggested a patch for a screw hole at 20$ for the repair. But after the patch failed to hold they put in a plug for 10$ and didn’t charge my wife the first 20$ because their work didn’t meet their personal standards. Great prices. Friendly folks. 10/10 recommend this local business.
