I've only been to this place one time and the fella that looked at my car not only lied to me but he tried to rip me off, big time. Just because my husband wasn't there with me. But when I took my car somewhere else to get a second opinion with people I actually trust, it was a whole different story. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE OR IF YOU DO BRING A MAN WITH YOU.

I’ve trusted Paul at this at this establishment for the past couple of years. The stereotype is that when a female brings a vehicle to a mechanic she gets ripped off. I’ve never had that experience with Paul. He’s always upfront and transparent with what’s wrong with the vehicle and gives me a full rundown (with cost) and his professional opinion before he puts any work into it. He really knows his stuff which becomes very apparent if you get the opportunity to listen to any of the conversations that take place in the office there. you failed to mention you tried to change it yourself using the wrong tools, so you rounded up the flare nut, making it impossible for the professional mechanic to use the normal tools. thus reverting to two hours of work after quitting time. leave the mechanic work for professional to repair it right.. and dont complain about the price once you mess something up
