Bigras Auto and Tire

I bought a car up in that area and brought it by Bigras on a whim to get looked over - they fit me in very quickly and gave me the assurance I needed to purchase the vehicle. They were professional and I felt like I was really well taken care of. Thank you!

I was in Vermont visiting friends 🧡 over 400 miles from home. I was headed home and unfortunately I had a flat tire that was unable to be patched. Finding a low profile tire for my SUV in the middle of Vermont in winter was not an easy mission. The gentleman at Bigra's was able to track one down in town and have it delivered. I was back on the road quickly. Kudos for making a flat tire as painless as possible.

No communication at all after my van was at the shop. Problems were not addressed. And parts that were installed within 4 weeks have become problems and headaches. I do need to add that after speaking with the owner I feel much better about the customer service! I will change my rating and am glad I was given the call back!

Excellent, prompt tyre repair. Technician knew what to do & did it. Removed tyre from wheel & removed embedded stone that had punctured it then quickly repaired. Inexpensive & friendly. Also, do full line of vehicle repairs from fixing a flat to rebuilding an engine. We will definitely return!
