Bill Carone Chevrolet Service

It took over 2hrs for a scheduled appointment oil change. They said they overbooked and had to send out for the synthetic oil. None of this communicated to me while I waited in the waiting room.

Got a quote for brake work on my f150, I guess everything is expensive these days, especially dealership services. It's a 2006 perhaps I'll find a shade tree mech. 😂

I won't go back to this dealership ever. They couldn't give me an appointment or a loaner to drive period. Westgate in Burgaw makes them look incompetent.

Poor service, don't ever call you back because they don't answer the phone. If they put you on hold, forget it...I gave them a couple of chances to get it together, No dice!!..

Good mechanics reasonably priced
