I had a horrible piece of bad luck- A gutter filled with ice fell off the side of a three-story building and crushed my truck. Insurance totaled it. I called Dan Parma At Bil Deluca in Haverhill, he found me a new Ram Promaster 2500 very similar to the one I lost. Now I’m back up and running a big part of that was to the extra effort Dan put in getting everything done for me, including staying past closing and when my insurance took too long to get the RTO stamped and sent it back after the registry was closed. He even drove me in a snowstorm to get a rental car and picked me up the next day. That’s a guy that goes way above and beyond for customers. Dan is the real deal and credit to Bill Deluca for hiring a guy like this.

I feel scammed. Bought in late 2021. Caught them trying to change finance charges from what was initially presented and sales manager at the time said he couldn’t blame them as they were trying to increase their commission… They said they wanted 5 star review and I said I would not do it, but I felt leaving a bad one at the time was just vengeful so I never left one… Had service there in ‘22 for the waterpump bolt under recall and ‘23 for the aux battery issues everyone has and despite having the jeep wave rental car package, they did not provide one… They wasted two full days of my time since I did not have a car to do my errands… Their service dept is questionable but I blame the management and not the technicians… Had to have car looked at today and I know I bought the extended warranty
