Bill Estes Toyota Service Department

This service is a 3 not because of the service but what it revealed. I purchased a $70k truck and they put garbage tires on it. I don’t drive it hard. It has been maintained and rotated correctly the dealership. That said they recommended new tires when my truck had only 22000 miles it. If you buy a new Toyota, make sure to negotiate for them to put decent tires on it. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth for the caliber of truck I purchased.

Our front skid plate was missing a bolt and hanging down to one side as a result of poor workmanship at another dealership in Colorado. We were in Indiana visiting family and needed to get this fixed before we could continue driving. Emil was able to have the work done very quickly so we could get on our way. We were very appreciative of his efforts.

We started our car shopping by looking at Mazda's and Toyota's. After being disappointed by customer service at other dealerships we decided to try Bill Estes Toyota. Their service was great! Our salesperson answered all the questions we could think to ask about the warranty, its options, and servicing. After describing what we would like, we were shown a vehicle that was exactly what we wanted. Our salesperson made the entire process painlessly easy. So glad we opted to try Bill Estes. Highly recommend talking to them about your next car purchase.

The gentleman who greeted me when I came in and handled my service Was very very nice. I suspect that normally the service technicians don't drive people home and he was nice enough to drive me home. Us shuttle guy was 12 minutes away from clocking out. He was a nice person to talk to and told me some things I learned about my vehicle. I'm planning to buy another Toyota truck in the next 2 and 1/2 years and if I get good service like this all the time I'll be happy to buy again from Bill Estes Toyota.

I’ve been bringing my car to this Toyota service center for over a decade. They’ve definitely improved a lot over the past few years. My last service with Sami, as well as several previous visits, has been smooth and seamless. I appreciate the consistent and reliable service.
