The service dept and after sales service are absolutely terrible and I have purchased many cars over the years. I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tuscon on a Saturday evening. Everything went great at that point. Was told to come back Monday for detailing. Waited 2 or so hours for it to be ran through a car wash and a vacuum, windshields were still very filthy and I had to pull over in the morning sun the next day to wipe the inside. There was still protective plastic under the hood, the coolant is below minimum, washer fluid light has already came on, tires all need air, and thats only the noticeable stuff. I am hoping thats it. I bought my 2023 Sonata Limited from a different dealership but had to take it to Bill Hood for service. Paul, in the service department, is incredibly kind and patient. They had my car for a week and fixed the problems I mentioned and filed it with my extended warranty with no issue. I asked them to do the 70k mile service and he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, including wiper blades. Great service.
