Julian, the F&I Director, and DJ, the salesman, were incredibly patient with my elderly parents as they bought their new vehicle. They definitely went beyond what they needed to do and it prompted me to write this review. Go buy your next vehicle from these two if you want excellent service.

I recently purchased a 2024 Altima SL Nissan from BILL HOOD Nissan in Hammond. I saw the listing on their website and made an appointment to go in and see it. My salesman was Kyle Brown, who was very thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle and was great to work with!! The Finance team made the purchase very easy and everyone there was very friendly. I really am enjoying my vehicle and I highly recommend BILL HOOD if you are shopping for a new vehicle. Make sure and ask for Kyle!! He was great to work with!!

I purchased my first car from here last week, and everything was absolutely amazing! Albert was my salesman and he was so nice and informative. He and Mike (the manager) worked with my budget and got me in a car! Matt (the finance guy) was also amazing. EDITED TO ADD RECEIPT WHEN PURCHASED AND 1ST REPAIR BILL OF $7462 AND 2ND REPAIR BILL OF $5951. We bought a Denali here recently. We were told it just came in and they had not had time to check it out yet but it was a trade-in. The buying experience was good until we drove the vehicle for a few days; then discovered it needed brakes, motor mounts and a new transmission. I would not trust buying a vehicle from a Hood Dealership. BUYER BEWARE!
