After taking my 2016 Altima to another body shop within the Progressive Insurance preferred network, I was unhappy with the results (to say the least). Bill Good Collision Center was able to get my car in, redo all the work that the previous shop had done, and made it look like new again. The entire team kept me updated with the process and made it as easy as possible. It did take a little longer than anticipated, but it was expected as the other company hid many flaws rather than repairing them properly. I will definitely recommend Bill Hood Collision Center!
