Very friendly from the representative at take in to the shop manager! I had collision damage repair that ended up needing adjustments but they did not hesitate to take it in and provided a rental to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied. I will highly recommend this shop to family and friends and I will use again if ever needed….hopefully I won’t need their service again but at least I know a trusted shop to use if I do!

The team at Bill Knight did a great job getting my car back to tip top shape after a fender bender. The team was extremely communicative and timely. I will definitely be working with them again if I ever need their services.

Even though they didn't get s chance to fix my car, because the insurance decided to total it. The staff here were incredibly professional and polite. They definitely went above and beyond.

Overall they did a great job repairing my vehicle. I give it four stars just because it took a little bit longer for the repair than I anticipated. They kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks brand new again.

Everyone was very nice and professional. I did not like how they rush me pick up my vehicle to only find out that it wasn't completely repaired. However once I communicated with them the issues that I still had with my vehicle they were very accommodating to get my issues corrected. Let's stay tuned to see what happens once it's completed. Body shop did an excellent job matching my paint color kudos to them for that.
