Bill Knight Collision Repair

Absolutely recommend! This is the second time we've used them for accident repairs. I got hit 11 days prior to dropping my truck off and they were the first ones that came to mind. Jamie and the whole crew made the entire experience enjoyable. Consistent updates about my truck, explanations about certain things that needed done and total transparency with me. They even showed me some things I didn't already know about my truck. They made a frustrating experience (dealing with everything that comes after an accident) much better when it came to the repairs. They ensured it looks brand new and we are very happy with the work and experience. Only place I'll ever take my vehicles for body work.

The repair shop did a great job on fixing my vehicle after sustaining damage from hitting a deer. The only complaint I have is their voicemail box was full on a couple occasions, so I wasn’t able to leave a message for a call back. However, the personnel were good about contacting me to update me on where my vehicle was in the repair process, anticipated date of completion, etc. They worked seamlessly with my car insurance company, as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing assistance with repairs!

The best around town! I'm always happy and never disappointed taking my vehicles to them. When I had a very nasty blow out coming out of Mississippi during the ice storm they fixed my paint and got my Bronco back running like a champ 🙌💞

Overall the repair was satisfactory, the car was almost 2 weeks delayed from the promise date, and then the promise day was changed three times afterwards with very little notice, was kind of a pain dealing with the pickup. Other than that, it was really good repair work it seems like so far.
