Bill Knight Ford Parts Department

I purchased a Ford part for my vehicle and wound up not needing it. The part is unopened in the original packaging, and Bill Knight will not return my calls or even clarify the return policy. Buyer beware: they will not accept returns.

Been coming here for years to get the oil changed and vehicle inspected and bought the vehicle here as well. Went in for the works package which includes a multi point inspection and a new technician failed to put in bolts and/or report they were missing from the shield that covers the underside of the vehicle. As we drove off the lot and reached highway speeds, the shield came loose and began to beat on the underside of the vehicle in heavy traffic. We pulled off the next exit and proceeded to limp the car back which took over 40 minutes for a 3 mile drive. They “fixed and inspected it” and stated there was no damage, but now I don’t trust the service or “multi point inspection” that has a green check in under the “under vehicle” section for “inspect nuts and bolts on body chassis”. Who

I have bought 5 different new vehicles from here but the service department has just made me want to get rid of every ford I own and go to Chevy or Dodge. I do not recommend to use them at all. Worst experience ever!!!!!
