I have worked with Caliber Collision for over 2 years and we have always received excellent service and quality products. What makes this company even better, is the staff. Our delivery driver, Vicki, is always friendly, efficient and organized. I've seen a lot of drivers come and go, but Vicki is one of my absolute favorites.

Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Parts Department has been the best to work with! Brian the parts manager is always involved and eager to help his customers and support his team, feels like a family when I visit their parts department. Jesse the parts advisor is a veteran in Nissan parts and has helped me personally to source parts and I've witness the level of commitment he has to assist and follow up with his repair shop partners. Vicki their parts driver is stellar! Always a joy when she comes around to deliver parts because she always has a smile, she also makes sure she has your correct parts and if there is an issue she helps and makes sure to follow up.
