I recently had to give up my 09 Nissan due to the transmission going out. I was on a strict purchase budget and ended up buying a used Hyundai. Ive been coming to Puyallup Nissan for a long time. They are always on time they communicate well and provide great service. When I called to see if they would do an oil change on my Hyundai the answer was yes! I was so happy not to have to go elsewhere. I was unaware of the price increase for an oil change but the cashier was able to help me find a discount in my account. She went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied. I saved money and also left with a clean car from the courtesy car wash. Everyone here is kind and shows themselves friendly. I'm thankful that even though Im not driving a Nissan right now they still chose to help me! Thank

Steve was very courteous and helpful getting us setup and the offer what we wanted. Throughout the process he did everything he could to move process along and it was a lot less stressful with him handling it. Once things were handed off to Dan to get car setup and ready we again had a great experience with him as well. Very nice and respectful. Ethan handled the finalizing paperwork got us out the door as fast as possible. Very pleasant experience throughout.

As always, Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Service did a exceptionnal job checking out my leased vehicle within the 2 year free maintenance contract and got me in and out in under 1 hour. I had told them I was planning a 3000+ mile trip in January so I need them to check that everything was OK. It is and I am now ready to travel.

These many Employee's here helped me with the ECM Software upgrade , & even texted me while my Son & I went for a walk behind the dealership in Fife, honestly they were nice & helpful, who could ask for more, Right? :)
