It was a very smooth and easy process. Our salesman, Jeff, was fantastic. He was not pushy and he did everything he could for us to get us what we wanted. Communication is very important to me when buying a car and Jeff stayed in touch with us through the whole process. We will be return customers.

Been to the body shop twice now. First time in 2020 my front bumper was hit while I was parked. And in 2026 I had it repaired after hitting a deer. Car looks great you'd never know it. These guys took care of me really appreciate them.

I had a very frustrating experience with a brand new GMC Acadia. In the first week of ownership, there was a major electrical issue. The car wasn’t purchased at Bill Rapp, but for logistical reasons we took it there for service. The electrical issue lead to a small collision issue (the collision/body work was a result of the brake system not working properly). Anyways, GM Corporate tried to minimize their responsibility on the body work. I contacted Bill Rapp service center and spoke with the service manager, Eric. To say he went to bat for me is an understatement! He was amazing and helped us get the compensation we deserved! We’re very grateful and will only use Bill Rapp in the future! Thank you Eric!

Thank you so much to the gentleman, Rob! The service at this location is extremely hit or miss (especially with the ones that answer the phone/handle quotes). Everyone in the garage is excellent and treats you like a real human being.

When my husband and I walked into the salesroom intent on a specific 2025 Forester with an enhancements package that has been discounted on the Bill Rapp website, we were dealt with professionally and helpfully by the Product Specialist Stephen Rudenis, the Business Manager Alisha Zawada, one of the Service staff, and Delivery Specialist Brianna McGuire. The sales price on the website was the price we were charged. Stephen was great to work with and helped us resolve a complex vanity license plate swap among two existing cars and new Forester.
