Broke down in Stanely and was lucky they sent Jared to our rescue. He went out of his way to make sure we got to a town almost 2 hours away to get a U-Haul. I couldn’t be more satisfied with how quickly they got to us and how Jared communicated with us along the way. He saved the day

Had to slam on our breaks on Franklin. He ran the stop sign and cut us off. On a 50 mph road. Didn't even wave sorry or acknowledge that he almost killed us. Totally unprofessional.

Jared can't out if his way to help us and went above and beyond. Probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had the pleasure to use. Give this man a raise.

Our technician was so nice, even being out in the bitter cold he had a smile and joke. He happily accommodated me in dropping our truck in a convenient spot for us. Best part was they took off all the paperwork for insurance! Definitely made having a broke down vehicle so much smoother, and I might add having a large truck it was no issue for them…would use them 100x more!
