Bill Robertson Nissan Service Center

This was my first time going to Bill Robertsons Nissan, and I was surprized how they handled my concern, and made sure i was taken care of..I will be honest, i was a bit skeptical because i used to deal with Speck hyundai, but i had a horrible experience but i am happy and really pleased with the service.

They were able to get me the part I needed quickly and nicely! I also found out about where to pick up my new license plates for my new Nissan Leaf! So happy as was quite confused if they were mailing or I was picking them up. Lady was very polite, and informative!! Thank you Bill Robertson Nissan!!!

I was getting an oil change. All employees treat me well. Always get a free 100 point inspection, vacuum, and car wash. My car is a Nissan so it's nice to get genuine Nissan parts. They always give me an estimate for repairs that I should have done sometime in the future, and the severity of those repairs, or treatments for ultimate care of my car. Prices are comparable to the region.

Nissan is the ONLY place I will take my car. They have never done me wrong. When I bought my car I bought the lifetime oil change with it amd the lady in service is very helpful and knows me by name. I feel like family there.

Well this is my opinión, I bought a car that is still under warranty, but at the 2nd appointment for maintenance, I had to pay almost 100 dollars for oil change and tire rotation, and if I take my car somewhere else and I will surely pay half of 100 dollars, then I lose the warranty, when I buy the car they don't tell you that you have to buy maintenance insurance, I mean, it's all money
