I had my vehicle towed to Bill Smith's Auto and Air. They were recommended to me via AAA and were not far from where my vehicle became disabled. And even though I did not have a scheduled appointment they were able to take me in that day and called me before the close of business to tell me the diagnosis. They provided me a quote over the phone and after a few additional clarifying questions, I gave them the green light to move forward with the repairs. They worked on my vehicle all day the next day and I received a call back early on the day after to inform me that my vehicle was ready. In my opinion the turnaround time is great! The team here were really fast, helpful, friendly and detailed on what needed to be done to my 2016 ford escape. I didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me on the price, which was extremely reasonable for what needed to be done to my car. I would highly recommend them for all of my vehicles and to everyone.

I’m not usually the type of person who posts reviews but this is the exception. First of all I’d like to state that I received great customer service from here which is why I didn’t give one star. I brought my Camaro in to my 8am appointment here to get the starter replaced and received the call at 1:21pm to come get it. After paying $475 for the job I thanked the staff for their hospitality and went around back to go start my car and when I did I heard what sounded like a metallic screech and immediately knew the replacement part was bad. I went back in and told them this and they were nice and confirmed that the part wasn’t right and told me that they’d order a new one and were even nice enough to give me a ride home and pick me up when it was ready. I had the dreaded evap core that needed to be replaced on my 4runner….. meaning dash has to come out… I figured a job of this scale I would see definite signs of such intrusion and or a scratched up stereo or scratched dash pieces or missing hardware etc… well I was pleasantly surprised when I could not tell that such a job had been completed. Now I have cold AC again and car looks like it did when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Bill Smiths auto and air. THANK YOU to the Technician who completed this work on my 2007 4Runner.
