Billion Auto Group Service

This review is specifically about an individual employee in the Service Department and not about Billion as a whole. I wanted to take a moment to commend Tara Glasgow for her exemplary service. I have been taking my Jeep to billion for service and repair since 2017 when I purchased the vehicle. I have been in and out of just about every different department throughout the Billion Auto Plaza with very mixed experiences ranging from infuriating to exemplary, and Tara has consistently given me the best service out of all the employees with a close second being between Zack in the same department and Tony over in accessories, both are also great to work with. Avoid the quick lane like a plague. Needed to get my tire swapped and was given and estimated time of 1 hour per tire I needed 2 tires swapped ( it should take no longer than an hour for a full tire swap I was a mechanic for 5 years trust me I’d know) . The advisor then tries to tell me that they were wrapping up my car when they had barley gotten the first tire done. Someone needs to come investigate this place and shut it down. Standing in the office I heard countless calls from people who had been calling for weeks and have not heard back. Overall a awful branch of such a stand out company.

I just want to share how pleased we are with the service we received at Billion Auto. There was a recall on our Jeep Grand Cherokee when we bought it. It is a used vehicle. We knew about the recall at time of purchase There were software issues with the EV battery. It took Stellantis a long time to figure out the problem but today I get my car back!! Tara in the service department was amazing at keeping us informed and up-to-date on our car. Chris, the service manager went above and beyond making sure we were well cared for and didn’t have any questions. I don’t plan to ever buy another vehicle from anywhere else than Billionaire Auto.

The worst experience I have ever had at this place. My advice go somewhere else. They had my vehicle for a couple weeks no parts came in didn’t know when they were going to start on my vehicle but lied to me each time I contacted them about when my vehicle would be ready. They will waste your time and over charge you like 208 per hour for labor for the diagnosis ridiculous. I will never go back to them not even to purchase a vehicle.

Went in just have my sun roof looked at to see what was wrong with my sun roof and the repair cost. Long story short the cost of the repair was to high for what I could afford right now and told them I'd wait. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed they had broken the sun roof more then it had been allowing more rain water in and not allowing me to use the sun roof at all. Not only that but they left the electric panel for my lights disconnected (I had already snaped the other half in place before I thought to take a photo.) I called in and was told the service manager would contact me after a meeting. Well about noon I called and got their voice mail left message and called again later in the day to find out they had been dodging my calls. If I was you I'd avoid getting any repairs you ca
