I was in an accident and had my car repaired at Billion. I just picked up my car and it had a huge brown stain all over the passenger seat. I went back in and told them. They came back out to clean it but because the seating is similar to leather, wiping it off just got into the little holes. I called them back about it and have to drop it back off but it's pretty frustrating that any of the employees that were in it originally without any stains and then getting back in didn't address it before giving it back. Also, why wouldn't they take good care of my car anyways while it'a in their possession? And th

My 2013 RAM 1500 Express Crewcab was in a fender-bender a few months back. I took it to Billion Collison for the repair and body work. They kept the truck for one week, and returned it to me in great condition. The repairs were done, repaint looks flawless, and they cleaned the inside and outside! That last part was such a pleasure. I've never been treated better while purchasing a vehicle. James Sampson is very knowledgeable and an excellent salesman. We were there about 2 hrs, including test drive and financing. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry. I would recommend taking the drive from the Quad Cities to Clinton Iowa to check this dealership out!
