My family has been loyal to this shop for years, spending thousands of dollars. Sadly, we’ve learned the hard way that Bill and his wife are dishonest and predatory. They target trusting, especially elderly, customers, just like they did to my parents and a close family friend. Recently, they told my parents both their cars needed major repairs and weren’t worth fixing, then conveniently tried to sell us one of their cars for double the normal price. Thankfully, we got second opinions from two reputable mechanics who confirmed the truth: the cars only needed simple repairs under $100. Nothing even close to the thousands Bill claimed. I towed my car on 1-hour's notice to the shop because I had a flat and had lost the wheel lock key. Very difficult "spinners" to remove, but Bill was very persistent, and by sacrificing a couple of tools to damage, he was able to get them off very quickly. Super nice guy, great service, fair price. Bill not only provided excellent service but also maintained clear and consistent communication with us—as we live several hours away. Bill has done more for me as a customer than any mechanic has ever been able to.
