BILL'S AUTO REPAIR

I've got to brag on the people at Bill's Auto. All of them are great! Today's visit was to change out the brake pads on my Hyundai. When I got to Bill's, Rachel greeted me and quickly got the process started. She was so friendly and professional! I left to go to my parent's house to wait out the repairs, and Rachel called me while I was away. There were a few issues that needed attention during her inspection of my vehicle. She was able to quote me a price over the phone and so we went ahead with those additional repairs. Again, super friendly and professional (and that doesn't always translate over the phone, but in Rachel's case, it sure did!). When the repairs were finish, Rachel greeted me again, even on her lunch break, gave me my key and thanked me. Superb service and professionalism

I absolutely love it here. They are kind people that understand life is hard and are willing to help when they can. I will always recommend them to anyone. They explain the issues throughly and make sure you’re gonna be safe and sound once you’re on the road.

We were on vacation in Hot Springs and my wheel bearing went out on my truck. I was staying at a Airbnb next door to the shop. I walked over and they were able to get me in last minute and get us back up and going so we could make the 700 mile trip back home without any issues. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

They had my car for 2 and a half months. I got it back with more problems than when it went there. I really trusted these people, Jennifer and I got into an argument and her insults were beyond the pale. I will never recommend this company ever again. I asked for pictures they said they took, never received them. I asked for an itemized statement of what all the work they did on my car, nothing. Every time Jennifer said she would call me back, days later I would have to call her. All I got was excuses. I really put all my trust in them and I feel betrayed by them.
