May I say there still honest mechanics out here, I took my car to Billy automotive cause my car was losing oil well to me it was , I got a oil change at Walmart so I had to add some oil to it but anyways I panic and took my car to be look at , as a women most mechanic would take advantage of us but not this place ! Mr Charles was honest he looked over my car even jack it up n there no leaks , nothing wrong with my engine, Iam truly amazed of the honesty and to top it off I try to pay for the diagnose fee he wouldn’t except my money they say small towns are the best ! If your ever in town in quinlan tx or may just moved here n need a honest mechanic Billy automotive is the place to go to just ask for Mr Charles ! Thank you for your honesty and your kindness )

If you’re looking for honest people and great work, this is the place to go! As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I’ve had mechanics take advantage of me in the past, but this is a shop I can go to KNOWING they will take care of me. I’ve been here a few times, and they ALWAYS try to keep my costs down while doing quality work. Bill’s is the best of the best, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my vehicles.

They seem to be nice people and the do fairly decent work but they will lie to you quickly and up the price and say its just a hair more. I got an estimate of the highest and lowest price which was $600 to $800 for everything came back just a hair more ended up being $1000. Get it in writing to make sure because they will get you of they can... My reply to the owners response is my days are always amazing. I hope you guys get your prices to stay what you give to your customers and not try to take advantage of them after you already started work on their vehicle.

My husband took my car to Bills Automotive on Monday and we picked it up today 1/31. His work was completed and his communication was excellent. I used to think the Toyota dealership was the only place that could fix my car. After today, the dealership will no longer service my car. I will only let Bills service my car. Thank you for the great service!

Bills garage was very happy to help my sister with her ac repair right away as to save her from the rising heat wave. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional without trying to rob her. Prices were very fair in relation to the job at hand. Good job!
