Bill’s Body Shop

I cannot recommend Bill's Body Shop enough. I was in total shock at how wonderful my truck looked when they were finished. It looked brand new again! I don't have much experience with body shops, but Bill and his team definitely over delivered on the quality repair they performed on my truck. I highly recommend, you will be as amazed as I was. Okay, I'd like to begin my review by saying that I'm a very, very particular and picky person, you can ask ANY BODY who knows me, and Bill's Secretary, April, can probably vouche for that!!.... now, I would like to mention that my pleasant experience began with my initial phonecall to The Shop when I spoke with April, she thoroughly answered all my many questions, and then she sat me up for an appointment. I delivered my car to Bill's Body Shop and Bill himself greeted me with professionalism and visited with me regarding my car's requirements. When I went to retrieve my car, I was pleasantly surprised that he had it looking shiny and new like show room quality! Broke down with electrical issue and Bill was the tow truck driver dispatched by our roadside company. He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and went beyond to assist. Made is feel safe and secure and handled our car like it was his own. Awesome service.

April was amazing! She worked really hard to get everything done in a timely manner. My car looks brand new again. Thanks to everyone that worked so hard.

This place is a joke, the guy that does all engine work used to work for him and has the shop across the street and still does his motor work just not in bills shop......needless to say they have had my car for 3 plus months now doing a motor swap, I was told it would be 3 weeks at the most. during these 3 months me nor my wife have received a phone call letting us know what was going on with the car, what parts needed to be ordered and what was all wrong with it!!!!!!! We had to call and every time we do they give us the run around and say they'll call us back but never do , my number was on a list in the car on the front seat for 3 months and they kept saying they couldn't call because they didn't have my number which is BS.
