I had a flat tire and I have a donut with me everyone was closed but the gentle man who owns the place helped me and he just charges me $7 for the great service I insisted him to charge me more but he didn’t listen. I’m not from the area and I’m too far but this place is amazing clean and organized! All the best Gentle man

Bill's didn't fax a bill to my Trust for desperately needed new brakes. I had given Bill's all the info to fax my Trust and Mark knew I needed new brakes because he had checked them and he knew they were very worn. He said " it's going to cost a lot of money, do what you want to do." What did he think anyone would want to do with brakes like that. Nice tude Mark! I called my Trust over two weeks later, which was plenty time to send a check to Bill's. My trustee told me a bill was never faxed by Bill's. I was puzzled, stressed and hurt that Bill's would treat me this way. I gave them quite a bit of business over the years. There was also a sign hanging in the waiting room saying "depending on my mood and your attitude".....I forget the rest that was written. That's a good business

They have no respect for manufacturer specs. They drilled out the rotor retaining screws but didn't replace them. I usually do the brakes myself but it was winter. "You don't need those" he says. There's a room full of engineers at VW that would beg to differ. I guess little screws are too much for them? Maybe they don't have hex drivers? Our other car had covers on the splash guard for the oil filter and the drain plug. It's hard to tell till it's on the air. They either broke the clips or figured I didn't need them?? They also tend to overfill on oil changes. I found them to be sloppy. And at $900 for a brake job I expected better.

My car broke down in Rutland and we aren't from this area. I called Bill's Garage hoping that the 4/5 stars on Google would steer me to a solid garage! Towing, communication and actual work (alternator replacement) were excellent. The pricing was very fair. I called my dealership to price compare their rates and researched online and I saved hundreds of dollars by going to Bill's. It was a risky situation that ended really well. Everyone we interacted with at Bill's was very professional and understanding of our situation. They were even kind of enough to remind us to file with our insurance AND they gave our dog a treat when we picked up the car. Thanks Bill's Garage!

I am on a 3 week road trip hauling a huge 5th wheel. My front brakes were shot. I went with my gut and took it this garage. Mark(the owner) was honest when I called him at 730 on a Thursday morning. They were slammed and didn’t know if he could do it. They managed to get it done THAT DAY. Not only was Mark a HUGE 7.3 Diesel guy, all his employees were super nice(minus one guy at the front desk), price was super fair and Mark seemed like an all around stand up guy. Thank you!!
