I paid about $3,000 to repair the A/C system on my 2016 Ram 1500. Over a two-year period, I had to return seven times for the same recurring issue — refrigerant leaks and loss of cooling. Multiple components were replaced, yet the root cause was never permanently resolved. I reported a noticeable refrigerant odor inside the cab early on. The issue continued, and eventually the A/C compressor locked up completely. After the compressor failure, the shop offered to replace the condenser again under warranty but required me to pay for the remaining damage. At that point, I filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to seek assistance. While an offer was made after the BAR investigation, the system was still not fully restored without additional out-of-pocket cos

Took my Hyundai sonata here after it had a check engine light come on while going over the Grape Vine. Family member suggested Bill’s and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They said based on the check engine codes they found, we need to take it to the Hyundai Dealership, as there was a class action lawsuit about the problem we were having and there was a chance we would be getting the engine replaced for free by Hyundai. Carter and Alex both were very helpful and communicative and really saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend Bill’s based on the service and communication alone, no wonder this place has so many 5 star reviews!

Great customer service! Carter my advisor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of . Did everything I asked and took care of my problem (s) I had . Great diagnostic skills and communication the entire time . A bit pricey but You definitely get what you pay for and is worth every penny coming here , to have all of my cars worked on. I’d definitely recommend them
