Highly recommend Billtown Auto Work, excellent work on my BMW. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just throwing parts at it. Anyone who owns a BMW knows how important that is. The job was done right the first time, the pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was solid. The car runs exactly how it should, and I have confidence in the work they did. If you’re looking for a mechanic who actually knows what they’re doing—especially with BMWs—and doesn’t try to upsell or BS you, Billtown Auto Works is the place to go. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back.
Jay and his team are some of the best at what they do! I've sent multiple family members and friends in as well and they've had a great experience. He is one of the fairest priced repair shops in the area and he doesn't add unnecessary stuff to the job. Highly recommend!
Had my driveshaft replaced here. The price was reasonable, the work was done when he said it would be, and everything went smoothly. Very reliable and honest shop.
Always provides clear upfront pricing. Doesn’t make up problems that need fixed for extra money. Great customer service. Always gets my cars in and out quick. Stand up guy all around.
Was scheduled for service on 7/7. Called on 7/10 for update and was told my truck was coming in on Thursday 7/10. No problem. Called Thursday night for update and no answer. Called friday...no answer. Finally got a hold of mechanic on friday night after hunting him down on social media due to no answer. Got into argument that ended in mutual understanding that I'd just pick the truck up Monday night and he wouldn't touch it. Keys weren't left where I asked to be left. Finally got my truck back Tuesday morning. He fixed my truck but broke nipple and lug nut which is understandable. Its PA...you fix 5 parts to repair one...been there. But you were already there so why not just replace the 20 dollar in parts when you are already charging me labor. Got home and found out the brake line is rou
