Since this company deleted my review some how I will rewrite it. We bought a 2018 Ford F150 with the 3.5, Blaine took us to several trucks on the lot one day and started them all while we were sitting inside a white Nissan he had. I never heard the F150 start but when we test drove it it drove fine etc… had issues with the powersteps, hole in the rear bed and the adaptive cruise control didn’t work. We bought the truck and a warrenty, a few days later we start the truck in our garage and hear an extremely loud chatter at start up that goes away within seconds, immediately parked it and called warrenty (we had no waiting period since it was under 120000 miles) we got it looked at by honest auto, they found the cam phasers to be bad and timing chain to be stretched. We bought a 2024 Mustang at the dealership and paid to have it shipped to our house. The car was as it was stated, but we need an owners manual. As promised by the sales person Angel she said it was there that they would find it and send it to us. After many many calls, we spoke to Jules and he said he would look for it and get it to us. In the meantime we called many times again and texted him with no response. So we then called and got a hold of Chelsea. She said would order one and send it to us which she ordered something, but it’s not the owner’s manual and it came today . So we called down there and asked for Chelsea. She wasn’t available then I get some general manager calling us back. He tells us that they didn’t provide manuals that there was nothing in writing that we able to g
