I think the labor cost was a bit on the high side but the overall experience was really good. I made a big error with the parts I had them order and they returned them and got all the right parts without any hassle. They answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. I would recommend this shop and will not hesitate to go again

We had them do work on our drive train and they also installed Timberlands (not sure if that's a correct spelling). We only picked it up a half hour or so ago so we haven't towed with it yet. They were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Billy Bob's is now my go to for any and all truck mods or improvements I may ever need! Brooks at Billy Bob's does outstanding work and has my complete trust and confidence for the most challenging of jobs. I had four upgrades ranging from a hitch receiver and new front bumper to a larger fuel tank to a complicated full-air suspension. The suspension OEM sent some problem parts, but Brooks tracked down and solved a complicated electrical problem as well as designing a fix to a mechanical misalignment, all resulting in a solid final product that's working like a champ. I'm now a big fan and loyal customer for any work that Bob and his crew can undertake.

Not too many dedicated off-road stores any more. This is a real off-road shop and not just auto parts. They have quite a bit of inventory out on the show room floor and hanging on the walls. It's always nice to see and touch hardware before you buy, particularly when you need to adapt or modify it for your application. Browsing, I've even found things I didn't know I needed! The staff has always been very helpful answering questions and researching solutions to problems for me. That's a huge plus over on-line buying and worth MAYBE paying a few extra dollars. As a fly on the wall, I've also heard them helping customers trying to locate hard to find transfer case, axle, or engine parts, too. I've not used them for repairs, modifications or installations, but I believe they do provide those

They were able to help me with a tire problem that Les Schwab couldn’t help me with. It was something I couldn’t do on my own, and they solved the issue by the next day. Great attitudes, and friendly service.
