Went today and bought myself a 2018 Ford Escape. Great car!! The Staff at Billy Boys are the most friendly people around!! Wonderful experience. Would recommend 💯. No high pressure sales pitch, no making you feel 2nd class.. Thank you ladies so much!!

Should have read the reviews before I bought a vehicle from here. Yes, I understand I am buying used. Yes, I understand that there could be existing issues and I'm buying as is. Having the transmission completely Crater before I make the second note payment is curious. Especially when you check the tranny oil and it is brand new. "Someone" serviced this transmission before it was sold. Not to mention there were over 28 thrown codes in the freeze frame that were cleared. I put 4 grand down on this truck, and now, going to be in another 5 grand on a transmission. Should've bought new. Place is a joke, and Billy hides behind his mechanics. Lesson learned.... Buy from here if you're desperate I guess.

Signed for my vehicle in 2022, and have had a great line of communication with Rita and Yvette! Reading these other reviews is a little strange. Yes, my vehicle has had some mechanical issues, but its AS IS! I have paid a fair amount into this vehicle to get it running in GREAT condition. But, Billy assured me that since I had bought the vehicle and the A/C didn't work, he would fix it.. AND HE DID! All you have to do is be straight honest with them. He's a fair guy. Rita is the one you want to talk to when you need to arrange a payment or make a plan. I can only speak from my experience, but Yvette is very sweet and kind. Rita is straight forward, and I've never had a problem with either of them. You know what you sign up for when you hand the money to them and sign the paper, and if you

If you make a steady income, dress like you care about yourself, are polite, honest and respectful when you go in like a normal human being... These people WILL work with you and take care of you. They allowed myself and my wife to have the freedom to purchase a decent vehicle without looking at our credit at all and judging us on past mistakes or hardships.
